New Magic Spell for Utility

Sometimes I find my self irritated having to take long ways around things when there is say a fence or gate, was thinking what if you add a "mist form" vampiric mage spell so for a few seconds you can become mist and walk thru gates and fences?

I think this utility could be a nice little spell to have and make more incentives for getting magic

it'd be kinda overpowered because you'd have huge access to quest areas (including quest reward areas), places you need a certain skill requirement to access, wilderness getaways, all kinds of things.

I would imagine some limitations could be placed but that may just cause bugs.  But could make for some more interesting pk dynamic i think too.  IDK. Agility shortcuts are ok too but would like seeing a graphic of mist form on rsc lol

In other words, become a Revenant for a few seconds! Cool but probably not practical.
