Okay so I sort of posted this in the introduction link but here's the full issue:

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus.

I go to log into my character...

It says hit back to open up the keyboard so I do. I try to type my character name in.. Nothing happens. Same for password.

So after diddling with it for a few I come to find these results.

I have to type in one letter at a time and hitting back to close the keyboard so the one letter will show. Then hitting back again to reopen the keyboard. Only to hit back again to assure the second letter is typed in. This is the ONLY way it will let me type.

Example: my character name is Charm.
So in order to type Charm I have to hit:
Back, C, back, h, back a, back, r, back, m.

So at first I thought no biggie I can do that to log in its fine. But it turns out that that's the only way I can type in game too. If I try to type more than one letter without hitting back in between them, nothing shows up.

I've re-downloaded the game, restarted my phone, I don't have a custom keyboard, so replying with a question as simple as that would be rather useless. Not to be mean, just saying.
