Hey, I got a 30 minute sub on account Gladriella for my missus and claimed it right before the server shutdown message came up. Is she going to lose this now?

By the time she was able to log back on it had already run out. Is there anything you can do please? It's kind of unfair she doesn't get to use the 30 minutes due to game issues.
