Mod Tru is a shining beacon of awesome. He responded to my inquiry within seconds teleported to me in game to assist me. He has provided quick, friendly and accurate service. Was one of the best (and fastest) customer service experiences I have ever had. This dude needs a raise.

He was the first person to talk to me as well, and helped me for around 15 minutes before I had to log. Really good dude.

I remember when I first started, I used to call him the Lumby sage because he was there so often. He helped me a lot when I started, and many other new players as well.
Great guy with a great, hilarious personality. Definitely one of the best parts about this server is the staff.
