We've already discussed the possibility of introducing a Black Party Hat -- I am positive we will have plans for the upcoming holidays (halloween, christmas, new years, easter) for some sort of rare party. Maybe building new items or just coloring them different. But no one should be concerned about the holidays.

I'd like to agree that it did play a part in it. Pretty large actually. Posting a suggestion that has been posted before, maybe not. Posting a suggestion that has been posted before AND getting a growing community to support it, definitely did. Good job.
