cant get to work any of the game clients after y,day update

bef y.day update I could only use the web client but after y.days update game client is not working no more, once I try to install game client it says: Error could not find or load main class. I have 64bit operating system windows 8.1 I have tried seting up the path through cmd through system properties advanced checked my firewall reinstalled java like 4 times and installed a new one... but still keep on having the same issues any help would be great.

You need to download the latest launcher.

I downloaded the latest launcher and deleted old rsca file from my users but then I try to install it I get that Error could not find or load main class.

Getting this same thing on my laptop with the new client. Anything I can try besides deleting .rscrev folder from Users or updating Java?
