This is my cat, Larry:

He's a tough as fuck street cat from Baltimore. He got FIV (cat AIDS) from fighting other cats on the streets of Baltimore (No- not from gay cat sex. FIV is only transmitted through blood-on-blood contact, not sex).

But sometimes he can be sweet and will pose for pictures.

And sometimes he sleeps like this.

lmao that picture still makes me laugh every time. Sometimes I get out of bed in the morning and he's sleeping in my spot just like that 5 min later.

Despite his compromised immune system he's actually very healthy. We keep him isolated & quarantined from other cats and anything that might get him sick. And he's on a very good diet (better than mine, smh) plus we try to get him plenty of exercise running around the house. For now the disease is basically "dormant" and as long as we keep him healthy it is doubtful he will progress to FAIDS until he is much older (if at all).
