Currently there's a bug where you can get poisoned in a duel by another player. When you die to poison, you drop your inventory as if it's a regular death. For now, I recommend you record your stakes with items on, and make sure any level 3 duels remain items off.

Should get fixed once n0m or Fate get on, but for now it's better to be safe than sorry.
