I would like to suggest that access to the Plague dungeon ladder holds a timer where you need to be out of combat for X amount of seconds
Traditionally in P2P area, escape was very limited to teleport to ardounge, mage arena and running into F2P however the plague ladder is a very easy way out of a PvP situation
