i have tried everything and still keep getting the same error

"Bad request. The session was either closed, you did not select a character or invalid request! Please click here to reload the shop."

i purchased and used subs before no problem. I have the tokens it just wont let me spend them

We do seem to be having some website issues converting points into subs. The good news is I can do this manually. If you want to open a ticket or PM me directly on the forums with how many tokens you want turned into which subscriptions (gold or platinum) I will then remove points and add the subs to your in game account manually. Hopefully this issue will be fixed soon.
