Android Phone: Can't enter username/password

So, I installed this on my phone and it starts up fine, but when it's time to fill in my username and password I had assumed that clicking on the "Username" and "Password" fields would bring up the keyboard on my phone, yet it didn't.
I have no idea how to enter my username & password and I'd like some help ^^

Phone: Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime
Android: V5.1.1

Hey Jon,

This is a perfectly ordinary first-time issue with using the app. We recommend downloading a keyboard like Swift Key, then you should have no issues.

I think he means bringing up the keyboard in general.. If u press the phones back button it brings up your keyboard.

The back key worked thanks guys!
Now just need to figure out how to close the bank, the "close this window" buttton doesn't seem to work tongue

If u click on the outside trim of the bank window it will take you off of it I believe. You must have a small android

Samsung galaxy grand prime,  don't think it's smaller than most phones D:

It's odd cause I can see the edges and the usual button but it's not working, rendering it unplayable for me on phone, oh well I'll stick to pc tongue

Go to your phone settings and change it so u can see your clicks. That way you can see if ur not hitting close enough

Why cant i enter username and password? I know back button brings up keyboard, but when i type nothing gets entered into the field. Plz suggestions?
