Hard Clue Scroll not working - Shilo Village

Received the following clue scroll:

Hard- Mine purple rocks while wearing white socks. Don't he reckless wear a ruby necklace. ====  Mine Shilo village gem stone with ruby necklace (not amulet) and white desert boots. It is the middle rock on the west side

I'm in Shilo Village, in the northwest corner at the purple gem rocks, wearing a ruby necklace and white desert boots, and have mined every rock up there. Nothing happens. Clue scroll is in inventory.

Any ideas?

Unless something got changed with the coordinates (like the dig clues did) it should be this spot/rock

Had Mod T's assistance on this for a bit. He was unable to find an answer. Also switched out and tried to use rune pickaxe, but still no luck.
