Well , not sure if everyone know so I'll post it anyway.
heres how to fix it
ctrl alt delete
task manager
find the java process of RSCR
right click > properties> compatibility > change high dpi settings>click override system settings
it should set it the 125% scale rate or whatever your settings are to your resolution. had to do it as well, im running 4k screen so did 1080 now and did that. screen good size now.

There's also new setting under 'Graphics' which allows you to set the client resolution.
512x344 is the original rsc resolution. If you set it to that and resize client then you should be seeing better already.
