We've been contact by many players explaining that you're not the original owner of these accounts. The accounts have been appealed in the past and the answer still stands. If you can prove that you're the original owner and the accounts can be bank wiped and stat wiped.

"The reason your characters were banned is because you were caught trying to sell characters themselves. Since stats are the thing being sold with character RWT, the only way they can be unbanned is if they are bank wiped and stat wiped."
