-Blocked attacking own characters in 1v1 area.
-Players in combat with another player will no longer count for holding hotspot.
-Added announcements for events for our discord in 'announcements' channel.
-Fixed team invites and party invites interfering with duels.
-Fixed hotspot choosing same hotspot as new area.
-Fixed being able to duel in Survival event
