During Dragon Slayer Quest, once you have completed fixing the lumbridge lady. You go and talk to Ned in Draynor and he says he will meet you at the lumbridge lady. When you go back to port sarim and enter the boat there are 3 neds inside the boat...

Also when you are fixing the boat with planks & nails, your suppose to have a hammer to complete the repairs. RSCR allows you to repair the boat without the hammer.
