Yes it happened to me many times, haven't seen anyone else mention it yet I thought it's just me.

Few of them npcs just stand still in few training spot not possible to attack em.
Once i got attacked by giant and it never hit me and i couldn't hit him back either..my char was stuck until it automatically logged out after 5 minutes.

New host is shit im not sure did everyone else had to struggle with this epic delay whole the time or not
