Im doing the ones for rowan just outside side varrock and hes asking me to find a pink skirt a leather top and cabbages, i know where to get the cabbages but how do i get the other 2 items without buying them from stores?

Leather top can be made via crafting cow hides. I think like 15 crafting is needed. The pink skirt can be found behind the arrow shop in varrock.

The leather armor is in a building too. Just look for red dots on the map and you'll find it
