Quick cast android feature -for- PC!

So I noticed today at work during lunch on my phone, android users have a quick cast UI feature that pops up.

If possible, could this be applied to PC users as well? This would be an awesome feature, that would stop us from having to open spell book, click spell, click on enemy, repeat. While android users do a almost simultaneous instant double tap.

It's not as fast, but, we could ( hopefully ) position the quick cast button closer to the center of screen, making it tons easier overall.

Android users have it because trying to cast as fast as on PC is hard and you are likely to misclick the spell.

I play on a 32in tv for a monitor, RS is half my screen usually while the other half is google, hulu, or whatever else im doing. in  order to cast i have tons more mouse movement to do, than most ppl... meh.. 1st world problems so hard.

Quick cast is available to pc users. you just have to activate it in your client.
