Fire waves hitting 16s is str8 up wrong.. should max 10 or 11.
Hybrids were allready way "overpowered" before..

i also get a huge lagspike whenever i log in, client freezes for like 3-5 secs.

They already did 92-94hp in 2 hits, add in the 1 magic hit before attacking and you could 2 hit people from 99hp already as it was with 11s.
It was already pretty broken, but now with 16s it's just madness.
