Question about iron man questing

I am 34 QP looking to progress to Heroes but come to my attention there's a trade screen in the quest, has it been so made so we're able to do it?? I Heard in rs2 you use the items on another player instead of trading.

Sadly you can not do Shield of Arrav or Hero's quest yet. Hopefully soon  I have had the skill levels and quest requirements since day 2 of release

I talked to fate and he said a patch for this was incoming but no date given... a lot on their plates right now and I think after this update there might be a revolt if our quests got patched before clue scrolls... ; )
