Hey there... dunno if any staff keeps looking around here...

But I had 297 crystal keys on a keyring on my banker... traded the keyring to my main to go and open chests, but the keyring ended up empty.. So I basically lost 297 crystal keys just by xfering it from an account to another. Dunno if it's a known bug.

Not a bug, the keys will still be on your banker. The stored keys won't transfer.
