Getting RSC Revolution to work on a Mac

I have tried a few times to download RSC Revolution onto my Mac (I have Mac OS Monterey Version 12.6.8
Is there a way for me to download and play RSC Revolution, when i try to download for desktop on the main page my computer will not allow me to download the files successfully.

I know lots of people do play on a Mac but I have no personal experience with them and cannot advise really, hopefully someone knowledgeable will reply here or failing that join our discord.

It should really be as simple as opening the launcher file into java. So I would make sure Java is installed?

I've always played rev on a MacBook.

I've had others mention issues with Java on Mac but they managed to get a suitable version here - https://www.oracle.com/au/java/technolo … YTy9HBt-ME

For downloading the client, it's the same as any other download - allowing permission to download then running it.
