Can play, but can't log in

So I can log into the game, but I can't log in to main webpage where you access the forums and pay for membership.  My password should be the same.  I've requested a lost password assist but the email hasn't showed up.  Nothing in spam either.  Any ideas?

If you used a hotmail account, contact a senior mod to change it. Apparently rev's been black-listed on there after some petty people reported emails as spam.

Your in-game account may also be under a different forum account, in which case you need to figure out which one it is. Again, a senior may be able to help with that.
