Where's the varrock and edge boarder PKing?

I don't know about anyone else but one of the things i enjoyed most back in the day with RSC was the lower levels PKing!
It seems now that everywhere is dead apart from the castle! I think we should all make characters between lvl 20-50 and get the lvl 1-2 varrock or edge boarder booming again! It seems all there is to do now is just train because the wilderness is so dead! Thoughts?

They should give everyone 1 free lvl 30 account with 3 different build options if they sign up for the "event".

A lot of games do this now a days.
