Can not launch PC Client - Help!

I am getting a pop up stating "Error whiel fetching client: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.rscevolution.client.DesktropClient"

I have Java Version 9 Update 231 (build 1.8.0_231-b11)
I have not changed any settings locally on the PC. I have tried deleting the local .jar file on my PC and re-installing and the same issue occurs. Any sugguestions?
