Until you show a change in the racist and extremely toxic language that you have been using in-game, your accounts will not be unmuted. We unmute based on behavior when an account is permanently muted. Since your temporary ban and corresponding permanent mute, you have continued to display those behaviors and have since gotten MORE characters muted. We will not unmute a character when the person clearly has no intentions of not repeating the action.
