Wrong building I think. Go into the main building and use the totem poll and scroll on Radimus.

I tried reaching out to you in-game, but you seemed afk.
It seems like you didn't replace the totem in the kharazi jungle, or, at least, that's the action required to progress from the quest stage you're at to the one required to finish the quest, code-wise. I'm not sure how or what, but you can try backtracking from there, growing and chopping a new yomi tree and seeing if there's a step you missed somewhere.
