if we got all monsters non wild sso why we dont have ghostly in non wild area? I think need to fix that;]

Ghostly has no actual slayer level requirement to fight, and is given as a special task..... from the wilderness slayer master. Thus it should remain wilderness-only.

-1 ghostly is supposed to be a rare slayer drop for a reason. this would devalue it immensely for the ppl who are slaying hardcore.
