I have managed to obtain a bunch of both Arrav shield halves and weapon keys. If you need to do this quest (you will be able to choose any gang), just message me (neox) in game. The point of this is to help new people, people with alts, and to relieve mod work load. I also notice that very early morning when I play, there aren't many mods so hopefully this helps.
