Just recently having issues logging in feeling like my acc has been hacked ( even tho i use double auth ) it says on attempts at logging my acc is already logged in o.o

Do you have "block private messages" on?  You could go on another character and see if your char is online.  First thing I would recommend is going to character manager and changing your password.  Worst case scenario, the mods can reverse all the trades if you were hacked.
