Trading hotspot tokens

Right now you're unable to trade hotspot tokens.

Being able to trade hotspot tokens will now drive people who can careless about holding hotspot to actually fight to hold hotspot due to hotspot tokens having value.

This will make people fight over hotspot even more.

Nothing, but benefit by making them trade-able.
