The guy was harassing me to mine coal faster than I could to pay the debt to him, and it was frustrating how he was acting toward me. My intent was never to scam him, until he decided to act a fool in front of a sign in edgeville that warned that if the cash was lost he wasn't getting it back. I was up front that it's what I had did. I was honest about that, because I was told honesty goes a long way. The 3m was spent on rights, I had no way of getting that back and I didn't realize he was putting a time frame on mining the coal, until he began harassing me and expecting me to mine it all in a day.
