List of perminate rare

Would like a list of all PERMINATE rares that will never be brought back into population ever. Need a admin to post the list pls thank you

1st to max out on rscrevolution and 3rd.
Only player with 3 maxed accounts active on rscrevolution. 1 over a billion xp 1 over 600m and 1 over 300m.
Only player to max out more then once on rscrevolution.

Hi, personally I think that cosmetic rares which were already discontinued should never be un-discontinued. The best way forward is to add new cosmetic rares sparingly, both tradable and sometimes untradable (like the skull mask from Hween 2017).

So I can't really give you a list, except to say "IMO all of them", but that could change if there's a good reason for it.
