You charged back your donations, which is why you were banned on all characters. In the Terms of Service which you agreed to when you created a character and again when you donated, it states,

Any money transactions sent from you to the Authors of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT will be considered a donation and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If you reverse your charge backs, you can be unbanned, otherwise you will remain blacklisted.

There is no way to "reverse" the chargebacks, and as I said I did not charge back my original $100 donation that I intended.
