Downloaded the client, a black C prompt screen pops up. Then instantly closes out. I remember somewhere someone said I had to do something with a notepad to get it to work.
Help please?

That is a common issue with .jar files on Windows 10.

1. Open Notepad
2. Copy and paste the following:

java -jar Launcher.jar

3. "Save as" RSC.bat (or anything you want, as long as it has .bat suffix).
4. Location for save: the same folder or directory where Launcher.jar is
5. Double click RSC.bat to open the launcher!

having the same problem and the rsc.bat wont work.. any other ideas? >.<

1. make sure its not rsc.bat.txt and its in same folder with Launcher.jar
2. java -jar Launcher.jar (and add ) pause in next line 

java -jar Launcher.jar
pause

Paste output here

3. did its works before ? and when stop it ? or its fresh OS ?

Make sure you have Java installed first, from https://java.com/en/

Figured it out. Winrar was trying to open it for whatever reason, switched to open with java. got it working from doing that.
