Faster restock time on certain items

It would be nice to get a few items in certain shops to have faster restock times. Feathers, balls of wool and Water Vials are examples of items that would benefit with a faster restock time. Let me know what you think because I'm sure it has already been mentioned.

+1 it's a little slow at the moment, would be nice to see it increased a bit

The restock timer is there for a reason, if they didn't want the timer they would just add a ::buy command so you could buy however many you wanted.

Not really cause even with no timer, a lot of these items aren't stackable.
