You were caught for automated play, using programs that play the game for you are definitely not allowed in our community. The accounts will not be unbanned, however you are free to play on new characters as long as you do so legitimately, i.e. without the use of any third-party software that automates your play.

If it's important for you to have the name "Kupa" back (not the account) I can do that as a gesture of goodwill, just PM me.

Keep in mind that three botting offenses results in a list ban so it's important to keep a clean act from here on out.
