I still have presents in my bank from skilling, please help convert them to tokens b4 event is over sad

Apparently i need to cast guthix spell 100 times again in arena?? Yo n0m been messaging you ingame about this present stuff can you please get back to me and help with this mess hmm also now says i havent done mage arena at all just need my guthix back....

If u finish the dm arena n lost ur staff buy a new one for 80k.

Resolved on both cases.

Also everyone's delivery presents in their bank have been converted to tokens.
