Making 61s during double xp

I know we just had a lot of players switch over from turnip and this was huge there.  Obviously you can't trade over legenda cape or gaunts so this would be slightly different on here but should be fun none the less.   

Not a lot of 55 action is going on from what I've seen and boxing on 3s is scarier than ever since I'm back.

Who's down for this?  55s can just raise their stats 6 lvls so this shouldn't be a big deal.   

Open to suggestions also!

This might sound dumb but unless people know what type of stats to get they're not going to make them. 55s died because of dbl xp and doing quests with zero HP exp from them.

So unless that was fixed and people know what the best kinds of stats for 61s are I doubt anyone will do it.

82 60 32 worked well.  80 66 29 worked well too.
