i have been stuck on this clue for a bit i don't even know where to begin "Even with a rune medium on your head, when you talk to him you may feel "more dread" i have tried looking dread on rsc wiki as well as rune med i'm at a loss

Mage arena (underground or where you get cape) using leather boots, gloves, armor maybe?

Go to Mage Arena underground and talk with Kolodin who teleport to Mage arena.
Dig at middle of arena and kill Zamorakian.
