Dear Players,

Firstly, thank you all for playing here; this is a server run by the players, for the players.

There have been some more vocal players on Discord suggesting that we restart the server from scratch (a bank wipe, etc.). Rest assured, this will not be happening. What may happen in the future is the launch of a sister server (likely hosted in the US), which will be a clone of the current server but rewound by 7–8 years, offering those players who want a fresh start a place to play.

There is no set date for this as of yet.

That being said, I am aware that many of you feel there are too many resources in the game. However, the actual numbers (which we keep confidential) aren’t as bad as they might seem—in fact, they’re quite healthy, especially considering we’ve been running for 11 years. Some of these perceptions likely stem from the reduced player count recently, which is often misquoted. I also believe it’s important that we don’t end up with a world full of inactive “zombie” players. Nonetheless, I will be adjusting (nerfing) some NPC drops, particularly for high-end NPC Slayer drops.

Here are a few upcoming changes:

- Feathers will no longer be automatically collected when using gladiator items—those chickens deserve a break.
- A new team of Bronze Mods will be appointed (who are really just players like you and me).
- Resource drops have been reduced.
- Additional GP sinks and taxes may be introduced.
- ::uniqueonline command will be added to players commands (so you can all stop halving the online number which is rarely the case)

I with the senior mod team and new bronze team will work on adding and completing new content to give everyone something fresh to enjoy.

I’d like to encourage positivity and the continued growth of the server. Everyone can do their part—let’s welcome new players, stay active on social media, and showcase our content through streams and other channels. Let’s keep negativity to a minimum and be grateful that we have a place to play together.

Splitting the little player base we have now will make even less online on both servers now. But it's worth a shot i guess.

Please don't make a new server, maybe a new game mode that only people in that game mode can interact with eacholther. Will make that little player base we have even smaller.

You are probably correct, but Terror is obviously seeing enough support from players in discord for it or else he wouldn't be considering it

Hmmm always down to give it a try esp if global and PK chats are merged but different colors so you can see exaclty whos typing in which server like you were telling me today..just going to make me have to make new pk accs..you know im always game i was wondering if its going to be a new fresh server where everyone starts from scratch or we are able to transfer 1-3 accounts with completely empty bank but as im thinking about it as i type it most likely wouldnt work out transfering accounts as people would be 99 everything fighting for all the resources lol...maybe have pk accounts under certain cb lvl alowed to be transfered idk idc idm making new pkers honestly its part of the new shit i guess but its just going to suck having all my pk accounts on a server that most likely wont be as active/die out but i mean you never know.. im open to try what every one thinks the best idea is..i just didnt like what people were saying about splitting up player base but i mean most people on PCs will prob be playing both servers at once anyway so would player base even really be split up?

Maybe after a year or so we are able to transfer only pk accounts to the other world with a sub set or something so every1 is still forced to skill from scratch so the economy will be natural.. only have OG items in the 2nd world IMO and after a rare is introduced after that holiday "drop" (just like the old days of RS) then theres no more ways of ever being able to receive that rare ever again unless you buy it from player/trade... Then if you keep the holiday events and most events on the regular today server you will have kept both servers active..as long as you make this 2nd world super authentic and still keep regular rev server the way your doing today with the events and everything just in the main server they will both work out very well..but i mean no events/new rares or repeats of releases will be the only way itd work out..as long as you introduce the new world rares as random drop parties or even super rare NPC drops throughout the day with everything being calulated like 100 pumpkins or w.e number is decided to be maxed in game dropped thru out the holiday week or w.e so whoever is on at that time will of random time periods be able to score...can add alot of variables like 1 rare dropped once or twice a day in a random town/location chosen by a mod idk as long as you keep it a super oldschool authentic server with mostly OG/slayer items while keeping the main server  the revolution of how classic would be today concept then i truely feel both servers will do good n be active..Or dont even have slayer in the new world yet but i mean idk thats up to every1 else im down for anything... BUT a super authentic OG server with REVs touch sounds like itd work out the best... Would there ever be a way to make a perm. DMM in one of the servers as the "game mode" few people mentioned haha but be able to make maxed flat accounts..or bronzemode type accounts with DMM boundaries only being able to loot who u kill fuck i know that would keep old server activr while every1 would want to grind out there new accounts on the new world/economy.hope i didnt ramble on too much>.<
