Those are some good builds, you're going to need multiple accounts from the same level range (60-70, 70-80) etc and especially, if you don't have a active team that you PK with, i suggest you make some accounts with high def so you can use them to catch your hybrids/low deffers off, because sadly theres some retards who will 5vs1 your 99 1 99 99 account with 40 99 99s that have range because thats all they can do.

Also, i'd highly recommend you to make a second flats account, will help ALOT

my two cents are if your just starting out stick to pking with a one defer to save money on gear when you die.  you can easily add prayer to them too and you might never lose a sword.  Best way in my opinion to to used to pking.

once your comfortable eating, running, chasing and stuff you can start playing with magic and ranged and start increasing defense.

Pking with 1 defers are fun as hell but you wont make much money killing other 1 defers. Once you get fighting those in rune you can make some cash but you can easily lose lots too.

My thought so far is maybe just get pray and range then and start from there as casting I suck at lol. All with as high range as my arrows will get me. Except for my addy might just jump in deep end with

40 30 99 88 40pray 69magic (77.875cb) (69without mage)
40 1 99 (87-99) 40pray (61/4cb)

The problem with the 40 90 95 that will be 40 99 99 is it will be 83.25cb without anything so maybe any advice with that one?

If i were you, i would atleast get 69 magic on your 40 40 99, it's super helpful, i'd go with magic on the 40 1 99 aswell, joining the 1v1 tournaments and such which are mostly free are good practise for casting, you'll get used to it. As Nyx said, don't waste your time completing '' all the quests'' on these accounts since its totally pointless. Wildy is f2p and the only quest you will need, well its optional, is dragon slayer for rune plate on the 40 40 99 and you can also purchase the rights to wear rune plate if you have GP, can't remember how much it was and the higher the HP you have, especially on 1 defs/ low def level accounts is the better, so you won't get 3hit as often, but it can be time consuming training the HP :X
