I haven't given this too much thought, but I think this idea has some potential to it, and I wonder what you guys think.
My idea is to add a new section to the team high-scores, where you can see how that team stands up against others directly. This section is added to the individual team's page (when clicking on their name)
This leads to a number of benefits, compared to the current high-scores, where you can only see the total amount of kills and deaths they made and suffered when in wild, regardless of whether these were actually PKers or anybody to write home about, or whether this happened anytime in recent history.
I've made a quick image of what this could potentially look like, with the "Biggest threats"-section being my idea. (don't mind the names and stats. I just took a screenie of the very first ones I could find)

Benefits:
- Being able to brag about how your team is 'better' than another, without pulling up completely irrelevant statistics.
- The Discord kill-feed is nice, but it is very hard to really crunch all the numbers to see how teams are doing.
- It looks pretty god-damn pleasing... Yeah, that's a benefit! (Just look at all the colours! Away with bland pages!)
- PKers know which 'serious' teams are out there, so they also know how much prestige you might be able to receive for absolutely berrying them. If you're giving kills to some no-name team, or kill them, it means nothing.
- If the list is based on who is #1 at making the team's life miserable, then it might potentially be very difficult to farm for these statistics, given that it's all about the name, and all top teams want to stand in a positive light, thus be reluctant to let themselves get killed without dealing a few punches back.
- It might help keep the PK-scene active, since having only some old names on your list means you are inactive AF.
- Killing skillers, AFK-trainers, people doing clues, people training ranged at guild or anybody else that has no intention of fighting you (and is therefore likely not in a PK-team) will not really count when it comes to these statistics. If it's focused on other people getting kills in on members of the specific team, those teams that are not out there hunting others will not be displayed (since only a certain number, top-10 or top-20, maybe, will be displayed).
Potential issues:
- Kill stealing: I've heard it's possible to deal the last hit to someone and have it count as a "pk kill". That could cause some issues. Although this might not happen in potential (future?) 1v1 areas.
- Teams hugely out-numbering others: If this feature does not work for regular PKing, perhaps it has some potential for Team-battle statistics? (when that gets fixed some day), since team-battles are fought generally with an equal numbers of players.
- It may require some resources to check all of these kills. Perhaps it can get updated every once in a while?
- People could join other teams as spies in order to feed kills to their own team? Although this can easily be seen at the "team members" section, by looking at their KD, if it's too obvious. Kill farming is against the rules, so they will likely get dealt with if caught.
- Something about leaving teams temporarily? Or Kicking bad performing members? Although that can already be done currently.
Please let me know what you guys think!
Don't you agree that this is really awesome? Am I onto something?
