It got unbanned, but bank got wiped.

Ronald's banks were all wiped because of the offense he comitted but the people's whose accounts he had logged in on, like all of Della's did not receive the bank wipe punishment, I dont believe it is fair that my bank on power should be wiped, its just PK equipment & the other people who's accounts ronald used didnt get wiped. So I am appealing the bank wipe this time after in-game consultation and advice from Mod Terror.
