Your two characters are not banned, you were able to log in, you were just placed in the jail so a mod could talk to you and find out what's going wrong. Because clearly you were motivated enough to make multiple characters with offensive, racist, troll names. Those characters have been banned and you were jailed to explain yourself.

You have been released from the in-game jail, but keep in mind that further trolling by abusing the chat system with racist language or character creation with the same can result in a ban on your regular characters too. Consider this your only warning!
