Righto, so I have a lot of questions.

I'll put answered under each one as they are answered. I'll most likely add more as I go along too.


- I like to pk but I am a fan of pking at lower combat brackets. Are there any brackets that I should aim for that have plenty of pkers? Or is it simply get 40 1 99? I am making a black b-axe pure at the moment but i fear that there will be no one my level to pk once maxed.

- How many resets can I have. Say I get 20 attack and 10 defence, can i reset the attack to 10 and the defence to 1? or can I only do one of the stats?

- I also like staking. I staked a lot back in the day both as a mage tank, and I had a pl8 pure. My question is, what are the popular staking formats? I notice that there are a lot of level 61 stakers. Can I make my own 61 staker and what is allowable as stats for that staker?

- Can I complete dragon slayer without using magic to get the map piece? I notice a lot of stakers seem to have dragon battleaxes and I wonder if they did that with 1 magic or did they need to mage to get the map piece?

As many as you like.

Can buy the map price for 1m I think from the guy.

Fire giants and other high level monsters drop decent amounts of runes. If you have an alt collecting them you can easily get a few thousand ele runes and about 500 or more nats bloods and deaths.

The AH is the only place other than asking in chat.

As far as I know this is a level 80 team perk for mining fishing and woodcutting.

Rats north of var are good as well as the thugs at higher str and atk lvls (80s)

Fishing and woodcutting are decent afk alting skills.

Most rares won't be added again. There was a rare occasion that a few players hoarding large amounts of og hats were banned or quit and they had a crazy event to earn them by playing around 30 hours in 2 days. It worked out in the end.

1)  There are a lot of PK builds.  Flats is the most popular.  However, ranging from 40's through 60's also PK a lot.

2)  You can reset a stat as often as needed BUT, once a stat hits level 20, it can never reset to 1.  19 is the max level that can reduce back to 1.
Example, if you have 19, you would use a platinum sub card in game, to go back to 10, then a gold sub via forums to go to 1.
If you are, for example 45 attack, and want to reduce, the lowest it will go it the nearest 0, which is 40, via a platinum sub in game.

3)  level 3 or 61 are the most popular staking levels.  As far as stats for the 61's, they will never reveal their stats. smile

4)  Dragon slayer can be completed with 1 magic, buy purchasing the map piece from wormbrain for 1 mil gp.  You can also buy rights to wield / wear quest items from Mad Zeonk in Lumby or edgeville.

5)  Shared party xp is just that, you share the xp from each monster killed ( attack, strength, defense and HP ).  However, you must be within a certain range of each other for that.  ( I think about 5 steps )

6)  Regular rune armor gives 160 armor bonus, while hardened rune gives 166 armor bonus and 9 prayer bonus.

7)  Supply and Demand is the only explanation for cheap rune prices.  Otherworldly beings are a good rune dropping monster, ad well as Black Demons.

8)  Right now, market is the best option on price checking, to at least get a hint on current pricing.  you can also ask other players.

9)  Once your team's level in woodcut, mining and fishing reaches 80, you will have a chance at noted items while doing those skills.

10)  Training at castle is high risk.  Better places would be level 3 by Varrock East,  Level 3-5 in Far west at dark wizards, Thugs in central wild about level 7-10,and edge dungeon chaos druids.

11)  Woodcutting / fletching can be good money, esp if you high alch the magic longs.  Mining is also good, as ores sell at a nice price.

12)  As of now, there are no future plans to re-introduce the rares to the game.We prefer to keep them rare

I really like the sound of buying rights to quest items!!!!!!!!!
