Some people who have dedicated the time to train all those accounts and builds have the right to use them as they wish. And then again, there were character transfers which did introduce a huge influx of pkers - all for the main benefit of the server in the long run.

And... 100 flats? Surely that's an exaggeration, otherwise please provide an example of who has access to such a number. I've been in flat wars myself and I have indeed seen people multilog 5-6 char's, but beyond that it's unnecessary to execute

Also it's not too hard to train a pker double subbed, in wild, with hotspot exp

Maybe make it possible to have a bigger timer or "a Pker mode" which means faster xp but not possible to level noncombat skills.

Im not trying to. Just sucks if every time you try to pk ppl will keep logging higher levels. Might as well makbe it a bit easier. Honestly who does it hurt?

It's real easy to afk or death train to flats, or any build. Pretty quickly.

yeah well its semi ''fast'' to train 1,2 or 3 accounts, training to flats would take pretty much around 30 days when you play for 8 hours a day, some people sadly just have like an hour to play, and some have 16 hours to play and they're usually the ones crying. And if you want to pk on like 70-100s and flats, you're going to need 5 accounts between 70-80s, 80-90s-90-100s and shit, I'm not suggesting anything like double the exp rates permanently but atleast allow character sales for GP, or give us your opinion about that. It would increase pking ALOT, so many people would be pking on so many levels, make it cost subs to transfer the accounts over and let people do it on their own risk.. I've seen mods saying before that there would be nothing wrong with this but now not a single staff member has even responded to the topic under suggestions, I just keep hearing some admins think that it is same as RWT and i jus't can't understand it lol, someone clarify things out for me

It's not been responded to because  Admins have already responded to that request many times.
