Where can i get a soul rune I've looked at beast guide and saw kbd drops 25 on a rare drop. Is there any other source for these runes?

If you are an Ironman drop trade with players or kill kbd. If not you can buy soul runes at the magic guild in yanille at 66 mage. Other than that Im nor sure
