How to download desktop version for my pc?

How do I load the desktop version?!? I downloaded it and when I tried to open the jay file it just asked what app to use and my windows doesn’t have a app to use it? What do I need to download to load the actual game? Any help would be great thanks

Do you have java installed? If not thats the issue. If you do you may meed to install winrar to extract the file.

You don't need winrar to extract any .jar files, just download java and double click rscrevolution.jar

Do not extract the .jar file
provided you already have java installed, try this.  It will set  .jar files to open with java
